Andrew has close to a decade’s experience in objective decision making, optimising processes & systems, research skills, investment psychology and customer relationship management. His previous roles included development & experimentation within the medical research setting in the University of Queensland where he co-authored numerous internationally acclaimed scientific publications. Andrew was also awarded the coveted Benjamin Short Award which celebrates financial planning excellence whilst he was working within AMP. Andrew is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
Andrew’s decision to transition into his role as a financial advisor is based on his passion for uncovering options for his clients based on what truly matters most – their values. His belief is to advise clients on strategies that are tried and tested therefore clients can be rest assured that the strategies are result orientated and value driven. Portfolio synergy – taking advantage of the positive aspects of each asset class is Andrew’s main expertise.
Andrew’s academic achievements are a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Honours,
Diploma of Financial Planning and a Master of Commerce majoring in Applied Finance.
